Virtual platform
The 2020 National Conference – Virtual Edition, will be delivered on EventMobi’s virtual event platform. This virtual space has been designed to offer delegates an engaging virtual event experience. It offers a variety of tools to engage with others, easily view mainstage presentations, engage in socials, forums, as well as participate in our raffles, conference challenges, and so much more. The best part…it’s simple and intuitive to navigate!
The virtual platform will open to registered delegates on Wednesday, November 4, 2020. This will allow you an opportunity to explore the platform prior to the conference start date, as well as update your profile and add your photo!
Please note only registered delegates will receive the link to access the virtual event platform through their registration confirmation email.
Features
The virtual platform features several links and resources to help you navigate through the scheduled events, and engagement features. All icons can be accessed on the left navigation panel on the virutal platform.
Home
By clicking on the home icon you will be taken to the homescreen which will feature icon shortcuts to join the live stream.
Our presenters will be highlighted here, along with our conference challenge leaderboard.
Main stage
The main stage will feature all of our keynote speakers, and plenary sessions.
You can access these “live” presentations by either clicking on the main stage icon, found on the left navigation panel, or through the Home page, otherwise known as the homescreen.
Attendee profiles
Attendee profiles not only offer you the ability to post your bio and photo, but also the opportunity for private 1-to-1 chats, and LinkedIn integration. Again, with this intuitive software, you just click on the name of a delegate, and send a message. It’s that easy!
Don’t forget to log onto the virtual platform before we officially kick off the 2020 National Conference – Virtual Edition, on Wednesday, November 18 to complete your profile and upload your photo.
Conference challenge
Our gamification challenge is back, and we know just how competitive it can get! Make sure to play for your chance to make it onto our leaderboard. Not only will you have bragging rights, but the opportunity to win some great prizes!

Event survey
When you share your feedback on your 2020 National Conference – Virtual Edition experience, you will be helping to make sure that next year's conference offers even greater value. Please take the time to complete our official post-conference survey which can be found under event survey, at the very bottom of the left navigation panel. It should only take about 15 minutes to complete.
The survey link will remain active until Friday, November 27. Please consider completing it before leaving the virtual event platform after the closing ceremonies.
