You will learn how to inspire every individual to stand out for the positive in how they work and how they live. It's about creating high-level performance organizations and changing lives. The concept is unlike anything you’ve ever seen before and produces lasting results that are unmatched by any other program. SESSION: Fuel your inner engine

Our breath is like a musical instrument that needs to be tuned. Funny thing is that we will only know when it’s out of tune when we take time to check-in with our internal engine – also known as our mind and body. In one hour, we will reconnect with our breath, ground in our bodies (while seated; with beginner standing poses), and visualize our inner (re)purpose. Session is available to all body types, and will offer variations to make the practice of yoga work for everybody. Beginners are always welcome.

Props: Yoga mat, chair/ desk, blanket/towel and tennis balls (massage balls or rolling pin is good, too).
