Drawing on 25 years of leadership in nongovernmental organizations and the private sector, Patrick brings a wealth of experience and a global perspective to his role as COO of Habitat International. Most recently, Patrick was CEO of Children Believe since 2017, served as COO of Oxfam International and as VP of International Programs at World Vision Canada.

“I have long admired Habitat for Humanity’s vision of a world where everyone has a decent place to live,” Patrick said. “Through all of my work around the world, I have come to firmly believe that safe and decent housing is fundamental to a child’s health and success in the future.”

Patrick holds a master’s degree in human rights from the University of London and a bachelor’s degree from York University in Toronto, Canada. Patrick and his family currently reside in Toronto.
