Zumba is a total-body cardio and aerobic workout that provides a large calorie burn for all fitness levels. With its roots in Latin-inspired dance moves, you will shake and shimmy your way through the fastest hour of your day! Maggie has been a Zumba lover and instructor for over 10 years. Join her in taking this dance party to ZOOM!

Remember to wear light gym clothes, including gym shoes. An 8ft. x 8ft. area works best, and don’t forget your water bottle!
